Upload images and videos to a CDN-backed media library and reuse their URLs across templates.
Assets is your media library. Upload images and videos once and reuse them anywhere they are needed — especially in email templates and in-app takeovers.
Uploading media
Open Templates → Assets and select Upload, or drop files on the page. You can upload PNG, JPEG, GIF and WebP images up to 10 MB, and MP4, WebM and MOV videos up to 100 MB. Each upload is stored in a CDN-backed store, so images load quickly and reliably for your recipients wherever they are.
Reusing assets
Every asset has a stable URL. Select Copy URL on an asset to embed it directly, or insert it from the picker inside the email editor. Because the URL is shared, updating where a template points is as simple as swapping the reference.
Cleaning up
Delete assets you no longer need to keep your library tidy. Make sure an image is not still referenced by an active template before removing it.
